Order Processing Time
- All items are made to order.
- Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates and Options
We currently ship to the United States and select international locations.
United States:
- Standard Shipping: $6 flat rate or FREE for orders over $140
(Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after fulfillment) - Express Shipping: $12 flat rate
(Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after fulfillment)
International Shipping:
- Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after fulfillment depending on location.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to:
- Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, FedEx)
- Holidays or inclement weather
- Customs processing (for international shipments)

Wrong or Incomplete Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers are responsible for reshipment fees once we confirm an updated address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing the checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Melody Imprint is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Waiting 24 hours (sometimes delivery updates are premature)
- Contacting the carrier directly
