Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Melody Imprint. All of our apparel products are made to order, and your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.
Made-to-Order Policy
All items at Melody Imprint are custom-printed and made to order. As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or unwanted items.
Please consult our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
We accept returns and will replace items only if they meet the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You provide clear photo evidence of the issue
To initiate a return or replacement, email info@melodyimprint.aiwith:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defect or damage
Our team will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund. In most cases, replacements are shipped at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size or color choice by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Custom-designed or personalized items
- Items sent back without prior approval
Order Issues and Misprints
All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received. Claims deemed an error on our part are fully covered at our expense.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item cannot be replaced
- The product is out of stock
- A return has been authorized and received by our returns team
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping and Return Costs
- If an item is being returned due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or misprinted), we cover return shipping.
- If a return is authorized for any other reason, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If the wrong address is provided and the shipment is returned, you may be responsible for reshipment fees.
